By accessing or using ReelsMap, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

ReelsMap is a location bookmarking and trip planning service that helps you save, organize, and share travel destinations from social media. Our AI-powered tools extract location data from Instagram Reels and posts, allowing you to build a personal map of places you want to visit.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• Each person may only create one account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Acceptable Use

• Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse the service in any way.
• Do not upload harmful, illegal, or infringing content.
• Respect other users' shared content and privacy.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of your saved locations, notes, and personal content.
• The ReelsMap name, logo, and brand are our intellectual property.
• Instagram content accessed through the service is subject to Meta's Terms of Service.
• Google Maps data displayed in the app is subject to Google's Terms of Service.

6. Shared Content

• You choose what to share via folder sharing features.
• Shared content is visible to the collaborators you invite.
• You can revoke sharing access at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

• ReelsMap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-extracted location data.
• We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions or downtime.
• We are not responsible for changes to third-party services such as Instagram or Google Maps.

8. Termination

• You can delete your account at any time from the app settings.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• Your data will be deleted upon account termination, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
